Accessibility Statement

into3.ai is committed to ensuring that every student can learn without barriers.

Our Commitment to Accessibility

into3.ai believes that education is a right, not a privilege. We are committed to providing an inclusive learning experience for all students aged 11–18 across India, regardless of ability. Our team works continuously to ensure our platform meets or exceeds accessibility standards so every learner can benefit from AI-powered adaptive education.

Conformance Status

We are actively working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. While we have not yet achieved full conformance, accessibility is a core part of our development process, and we are making steady progress toward meeting all applicable success criteria.

What We Currently Support

Known Limitations

We acknowledge the following areas where accessibility may be limited:

We are actively working to address these limitations and welcome feedback on any barriers you encounter.

Adaptive Learning & Accessibility

Our Real-Time Adaptive Engine (RTAE) personalizes the learning experience based on each student's individual needs, pace, and performance. We are currently developing enhanced accessibility modes within the RTAE to better serve students who use assistive technologies, ensuring that adaptive content delivery works seamlessly with screen readers and alternative input devices.

Browser & Device Support

into3.ai is designed to work across modern browsers and devices:

For the best accessible experience, we recommend using the latest version of your preferred browser with up-to-date assistive technology.

Feedback & Contact

If you encounter any accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, we want to hear from you. Please reach out to us at accessibility@into3.ai. We aim to respond to accessibility-related inquiries within two business days.

Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is not a one-time effort. We conduct regular accessibility audits, integrate user testing with assistive technologies into our development cycle, and train our team on inclusive design practices. Each platform update is evaluated for accessibility impact before release.

Third-Party Content

Our platform may include content, tools, or integrations from third-party providers. While we strive to select partners who share our commitment to accessibility, we cannot guarantee that all third-party content meets WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. We encourage users to report any issues with third-party content so we can work with our partners to improve the experience.
