Refund Policy
Effective date: March 26, 2026
You can request a refund for your last month's payment if you contact us within 7 days of that month's billing date. After 7 days, no refund is available.
01 Overview
This refund policy applies to all paid subscriptions on the into3.ai adaptive learning platform, including the Doubt Class plan (₹299/month) and the Full Platform plan (₹1,499/month). We want every learner to feel confident in their subscription. If a plan is not the right fit, you may request a refund under the conditions described below.
The core rule: Only the last 1 month's payment is eligible for a refund, and your request must be made within the first 7 days of that billing month. No exceptions are made after the 7-day window closes.
02 Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following must be true:
- You are requesting a refund for only the most recent month's payment — previous months' payments are not refundable.
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the billing date for that month.
- Your account has not been terminated due to a violation of our terms of service.
The 7-day window is firm. If your billing date is the 10th of the month, you must submit your refund request by the 17th. On the 18th or later, no refund can be issued for that billing cycle.
03 How to Request a Refund
Send an email to refund@into3.ai with the following details:
- The email address associated with your into3.ai account.
- The reason for your refund request.
Our team will review your request and respond with a confirmation or follow-up questions within 2 business days.
04 Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time to appear in your account.
05 Monthly Subscription Refunds
The following rules apply to both the Doubt Class (₹299/month) and Full Platform (₹1,499/month) plans billed on a monthly cycle:

Remember: Only the last 1 month's payment can be refunded. You must request it within 7 days of that month's billing date. No partial-month refunds are issued.
06 Annual Subscription Refunds
If you are on an annual billing plan, the following rules apply:
- Within 7 days of the billing cycle start: You are eligible for a refund of the prorated last-month portion of the annual payment only. The remaining months are non-refundable.
- After 7 days of the billing cycle start: No refund of any kind is available for the annual plan.
Annual plan holders: The 7-day window applies from the start of your annual billing cycle. After 7 days, the full annual payment is final. If eligible, only the prorated last-month portion is refunded — not the entire annual amount.
07 Free Trial
into3.ai offers a 30-day free trial for new users. During the free trial period, ₹0 is charged to your payment method. Since no payment is collected during the trial, no refund is applicable or necessary.
If you do not wish to continue after the trial, cancel your subscription before the trial ends to avoid being billed.
08 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The refund request is made after 7 days of the billing date for that month.
- The request is for any payment other than the most recent month's charge.
- Your account has been terminated for violation of into3.ai's terms of service, acceptable use policy, or any other applicable agreement.
- You are requesting a partial refund for a portion of a billing month.
- The charge in question is from a previous billing cycle that has already passed the 7-day window.
09 Exceptions
We understand that technical issues can sometimes prevent access to the platform. If a problem caused by into3.ai — such as a platform outage, a billing system error, or a bug that rendered the service unusable — prevented you from using your subscription, we will review your case individually.
Exception requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email refund@into3.ai with details of the issue, including dates and any relevant screenshots or error messages.
10 Chargebacks
Important: If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at refund@into3.ai first. Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first requesting a refund through the proper channel may result in immediate termination of your into3.ai account.
We are committed to resolving payment disputes fairly and promptly. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks will be contested, and the associated account may be permanently suspended.
11 Changes to This Policy
into3.ai reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
