01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the into3.ai platform (the “Platform”), whether through our website, mobile application, or any related service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

02 Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• “Platform” refers to the into3.ai website, mobile application, APIs, and all associated services, tools, and content provided by into3.ai.
• “User” refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, including Parents/Guardians and Children/Students.
• “Parent/Guardian” refers to the adult (18 years or older) who registers an account on the Platform and is legally responsible for the Child/Student’s use of the services.
• “Child/Student” refers to any learner in classes 6 through 12 who uses the Platform under the supervision of a Parent/Guardian.
• “Content” refers to all educational materials, including but not limited to text, questions, solutions, videos, animations, AI-generated explanations, quizzes, assessments, and any other material available on the Platform.
• “Subscription” refers to a paid plan that grants access to specific features of the Platform, as described in Section 5.
• “RTAE Engine” refers to the Real-Time Adaptive Engine, into3.ai’s proprietary AI technology that personalises the learning experience.

03 Eligibility

To create an account on into3.ai, you must be at least 18 years of age. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Children and students under the age of 18 may use the Platform only under the supervision and with the consent of a Parent/Guardian. The Parent/Guardian who creates the account assumes full responsibility for the Child/Student’s use of the Platform, including compliance with these Terms.

04 Account Registration & Security

When creating an account on into3.ai, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• The Parent/Guardian is responsible for all activity conducted under the account, including any actions taken by the Child/Student.
• Each Child/Student must have their own individual account. One account per child — sharing a single student account among multiple learners is not permitted, as it compromises the accuracy of the adaptive learning system.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at info@into3.ai if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• into3.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

05 Subscription Plans & Billing

into3.ai offers the following subscription plans:

By subscribing to a plan, you agree to the following billing terms:

• Auto-renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Billing cycle: Your billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe to a paid plan (or the date your free trial converts to a paid subscription). Subsequent charges occur on the same date each month or year, as applicable.
• Price changes: into3.ai reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing. You will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• Downgrades and upgrades: You may change your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

06 Free Trial Terms

into3.ai offers a 30-day free trial to new users, subject to the following conditions:

• During the free trial, ₹0 is charged to your payment method. No payment is collected until the trial period ends.
• A valid payment method (credit card, debit card, or UPI) is required at registration. Your card is verified for authenticity only — no amount is debited during the trial.
• At the end of the 30-day trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at the applicable rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• You must cancel before the trial period expires to avoid being charged. Cancellation can be done from your account dashboard at any time during the trial.
• The free trial is limited to one per household. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free trials is a violation of these Terms.

07 Payment Terms

into3.ai accepts the following payment methods:

• UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• Net banking

All payment processing is handled through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. into3.ai does not store your full card details on its servers.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹/INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

08 Refund Policy

Our refund policy allows you to request a refund for the most recent month’s payment within 7 days of the billing date. For complete details on eligibility, process, timelines, and exceptions, please refer to our full Refund Policy.

09 Acceptable Use

The Platform is provided exclusively for educational purposes. By using into3.ai, you agree that you will not:

• Share your login credentials with any other person, or allow multiple individuals to use a single account.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or underlying technology of the Platform, including the RTAE Engine.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Content available on the Platform without prior written consent from into3.ai.
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose other than personal educational learning.
• Upload, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other users’ accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Platform.
• Use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or scraping tools to access or collect data from the Platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or the data contained therein.
• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair into3.ai’s servers or networks.

Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

10 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform are owned by into3.ai or its licensors. This includes, without limitation:

• All educational content, including text, graphics, images, videos, audio, quizzes, assessments, and course materials.
• All AI-generated content, including adaptive explanations, personalised recommendations, and dynamically generated questions produced by the RTAE Engine.
• The underlying technology, including the RTAE Engine, algorithms, software, source code, databases, and system architecture.
• All trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade names associated with into3.ai.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to these Terms.

11 AI & Adaptive Technology Disclaimer

into3.ai employs artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, including the RTAE Engine, to personalise the educational experience. Please understand the following:

• The AI-powered features of the Platform are assistive tools designed to supplement education. They are not a replacement for teachers, tutors, or formal classroom instruction.
• into3.ai makes no guarantee of specific academic outcomes, including but not limited to improved grades, test scores, or rank improvements in examinations.
• The Platform monitors certain engagement signals (such as time spent on topics, question response patterns, and learning pace) solely for educational purposes — to adapt content delivery and improve the learning experience. These signals are not used for surveillance or any non-educational purpose.
• AI-generated content is produced algorithmically and, while reviewed for quality, may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. Users are encouraged to cross-reference critical information with textbooks and qualified educators.

12 Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, including the collection of learning engagement data for the purpose of powering the adaptive learning system.

13 Service Availability & Modifications

into3.ai strives to provide a reliable and accessible Platform at all times. However:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• We will make best efforts to minimise downtime and, where possible, schedule maintenance during off-peak hours.
• into3.ai reserves the right to modify, update, add, or remove features of the Platform at any time to improve the service, respond to user feedback, or comply with legal requirements.
• For material changes that significantly affect your use of the Platform or your subscription, we will provide reasonable notice (at least 15 days) via email or an in-Platform notification.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Platform is provided as an educational tool on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• into3.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of academic opportunity, or loss of revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
• into3.ai is not liable for any academic performance outcomes, including examination results, grades, or admissions decisions, regardless of the extent of the student’s engagement with the Platform.
• In no event shall into3.ai’s total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to into3.ai in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless into3.ai, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or access to the Platform.
• Your violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary right.
• Any content or information you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform.
• Any misrepresentation made by you regarding your identity, age, or authority to act on behalf of a Child/Student.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Platform.

16 Termination

Termination by you:

• You may cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time from your account dashboard.
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.
• If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you may submit a request to info@into3.ai.

Termination by into3.ai:

• into3.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Platform in a manner that is harmful to other users or the service.
• Where reasonably practicable, into3.ai will provide prior notice (via email or in-Platform notification) before terminating your account, except in cases of severe violations where immediate action is necessary.
• Upon termination by into3.ai for cause, you may forfeit access to all paid features immediately, and no refund will be issued for the remaining portion of your billing cycle.

17 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal proceedings arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

18 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to the following resolution process:

1. Amicable resolution: The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by sending a written notice to info@into3.ai describing the nature of the dispute and the relief sought. into3.ai will respond within 15 business days.
2. Arbitration: If the dispute is not resolved amicably within 30 days of the initial notice, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. The seat of arbitration shall be Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. The language of the arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding on both parties.

19 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.

20 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and into3.ai with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. into3.ai’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

22 Effective Date
